Beck Bolender, Culinary Director

Chef Bolender is the visionary of 121’s culinary team. His background in fine dining and global cuisine sets the high standard for our chefs. As the former Executive Sous Chef of a Michelin 3-Star restaurant, Chef Bolender cultivated his passion for unique ingredients, innovative preparations, and stunning flavor combinations. The food he creates is simple in its design, but rich with depth and nuance.


Chef Sharma, Executive Chef/Indian Specialist

Chef Raamanuj Sharma is a renowned, hardworking, and an award winning, progressive culinary professional with over thirty years of experience at world famous five-star hotels, restaurants, banquets and some of the finest kitchens around the world. He brings a lot to the table with a unique blend of creative flair and passion for food, along with a strong business sense and engaging interpersonal skills. He is a master at fusing traditional culinary values with modern techniques to present a blend of refined, sophisticated tastes to our VIP & Commercial inflight catering business. Chef Sharma specializes in Middle Eastern cuisine.
